What information we collect
Corsteno may receive the name, email, company, project type and message submitted through the contact form. The interactive demo may request an email, selected configuration, date, referring page and optional consent for communications.
How it is used
We use this information to answer inquiries, assess projects, prepare demo requests and send updates, demos or case studies only when consent has been given.
External providers
The contact form uses Formspree. The website may use external hosting, analytics, email or newsletter services when configured. Each provider processes information according to its own terms and policies. Google Analytics may collect usage and navigation data when enabled; it does not receive the content of forms submitted to Corsteno.
Marketing and consent
Requesting a demo does not automatically add an email to a marketing list. That purpose requires a separate, voluntary and unchecked option. Consent can be withdrawn later.
Retention and requests
We retain information for as long as needed to manage the inquiry or accepted purpose. You can request access, correction or deletion through Corsteno's available channels.
